Micro Concrete roofing tiles have a rich history spanning over 100 years, and at IMCP, we have proudly been manufacturing and installing these durable tiles since 2008. We currently offer three distinct styles to cater to various aesthetic preferences: Enduroshake:
Each of our handmade tiles can be custom-colored to match your property’s color palette, ensuring a unique, ‘aged’ appearance that enhances the overall character of your home.
IMCP roofing tiles are crafted for the adhesive set method, offering unparalleled flexibility for architects and designers. Unlike modern interlocking roof tiles that require a minimum slope of 4:12 (18 degrees / 33%), our tiles can accommodate traditional styles that go as low as 2:12.
This versatility allows for the seamless integration of hidden flashings, making transitions from pitched to flat roofs appear effortlessly smooth. With special considerations, our tiles can be installed on surfaces ranging from vertical to completely flat, providing innovative design solutions for any project.
Our roofing tiles are engineered for installation using the adhesive set method, as specified in the Florida High Wind Concrete and Clay Tile Installation Manual (4th and 5th Editions).
This advanced method eliminates the need for mechanical fastenings, avoiding the risk of leaks caused by thousands of nail or screw holes penetrating the waterproof membrane.
Proven through rigorous testing and real-world application, adhesive set method stands as the most hurricane resistant tile attachment available.
We typically use RTA-1 adhesive (Miami/Dade NOA) and Polystick TU Plus membrane (Miami/Dade NOA) to ensure maximum durability and protection. Despite their strength, our tiles are lightweight, with a roof loading of only 8 lb/sq.ft (approx. 33 kg/sq. M), making them suitable for any welldesigned roof structure.
